5 x two-hour session every tuesday at 10-12

Starts the 24th of August – Ends the 28th September
Starts the 9th of November – Ends the 7th of December

500 DDK for each session
or
2000 DDK  for the whole course if prepaid a month before.

Besides preventing incontinence and other problems that are often associated with aging, exercising the pc muscles, which form the floor of the pelvis, plays a vitally important role
– in sexual arousal and climax – as well as in other aspects of the bodily functioning.
