Premature ejaculation is a problem many men are struggling with - out of
sheer ignorance about him self, his body and his sexual potential. It is a high
number of men in the western hemisphere because of the monoteistic culture of
suppressing sexual information and lousy communication about sexuality. Bad
sexual habits built in the youth, where there is lack of proper information
about how much sexual pleasure two people can have both together and by themselves - if
only they knew more.
Premature ejaculation can express itself in several ways. He may just have
entered and he the experiences that the sperm just seeps out of him and his erection
fades away without any experience of sexual pleasure or satisfaction at all. Other times there
can be a brief orgasm pleasure shortly after the start of the intercourse. It is

Premature ejaculation can have many causes: Lousy sexuality education - lacking
knowledge about how to work his way away from that - too high sensitivity - too
little experience - low sexual self confidence - too untrained pelvic floor muscle - to little contact with
body and emotions - not being used to feeling his feelings - not used to higher
levels of sexual arousal - too low ability to concentrate - not used to higher
levels of energy - not being used to strong emotional expressions - not learnt
to be attentive or present - not spent time on pleasure in his life - too well
raised - not learnt to use all of the body and other means - to many quick wanks
- maybe several daily jerk-offs of 30 seconds etc.
One of the first things I would emphasize is training the pelvic floor muscle by
means of Kegel exercises. Same movement as if you stop the flow of urine -
really often every day - make it a habit, you hang on to the rest of your life.
This alone pays off - not only for urinary incontinence - but also for
your erection that becomes harder. A well toned pelvic floor muscle intensifies the experience of
orgasm imensely. The orgasmic contractions of the muscle get bigger and far more
pleasurable.
There are a number of ways you can practise. Both by tensening the muscle just
before you are about to climax. Also by sighing and relaxing your lower abdomen
and thereby having a break before stimulating again.
It is a good idea to build up and set back, build up and relax - sheer
training - practice makes perfect.
I have designed a long term practice programme including pelvic floor excersises
and various other means to building up your sexual skills enabling you to
separate orgasm and ejaculation, so that you through training end up being able
to encompass higher levels of sexual arousal without loosing it, enabling you to
choose when to ejaculate and enabling you to become multiorgasmic having
several
dry orgasms before chosing to ejaculate. This gives you a lot more pleasure
of a deeper and better quality and it also makes you a much better lover.
This trainingprogramme is conveyed either in and individual session of two hours
or through a weekend workshop with 3 x 5 hours of teaching for men.
